Product Availability

Leisure Club cannot guarantee product availability and products, as well as their availability for immediate delivery. Leisure Club reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.


Return/Exchange and Claim Policy

  • Unworn non-discounted garments can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase subject to intact original tags and upon producing original receipt.
  • No exchange/refund/claim can be made on discounted/sale products.
  • If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at marked down price.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged with new arrivals.
  • Claim on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
  • Exchange for sunglasses, shoes and accessories will not be entertained due to hygiene reasons.
  • Company’s decisions on claim and exchange will be considered as final.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
  • The product once purchased will not be returned or exchanged in any circumstances unless the item is damaged or wrong item is delivered.
  • Customer will bear the shipping cost except in the following cases:
    • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
    • If the wrong item was delivered
  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable
  • All returns and exchanges will be inspected upon arrival at LC Online warehouse. If LC quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return.

Refund Policy

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Lost Shipping Policy

We keep track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch, kindly email us at help@leisureclub.pk


Typographical Error

Leisure Club strives to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Leisure Club shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Order Cancellation

Leisure club may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.


Product Disclaimer

Leisure Club makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of catalog.


Payment of Duties

Import duties and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.


Privacy Policy

Your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. All your information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to anybody unless ordered by government authorities.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Local Orders:

We offer free shipping in Pakistan on orders above PKR 2,500. Shipping charges for orders below Rs 2,500 are Rs 150. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) and if the item(s) in “credit card” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 4- 6 business days via TCS or Call Courier.- Please do not accept the shipment (s) in any flyer other than Leisure Club – Made Of Pakistan

International Orders:

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Also, please ensure to check the DUTY charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery. Estimate your shipping and duty charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, , then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via email in case the shipments gets delayed due to any given reason. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time from courier company. Estimated delivery time ranges from 6-10 business days for in-stock items. Please note that customs duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer.
