How to place an order online?
Open the link of the product you want to order, simply add that product in the cart by clicking on “Add to Card”. After that you can click on check out and make sure to add all required information.


How to get my order number?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order number.


What should I do if there is an incorrect item or an item missing from my order?
Please contact our friendly Customer Care Team. We will be happy to send you the correct item or the one that is missing. In the case of an incorrect item being sent, please return it to us and we will refund you accordingly. 


The item that I ordered is faulty. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Care Team. We will exchange the garment for you if we still have it in stock or we will provide you a full refund for the faulty item.
I am having problems accessing or buying from your website. What should I do?

You can check the status of your order through the tracking number you have received from us.


Is it possible to change my delivery address?
You can contact our Customer Care Team and change the details of your delivery address. Please do it in the shortest time possible after you’ve placed your order to ensure it can be changed before the order has been dispatched.
