  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Terms and Conditions

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our paymentprovider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Method of Payment

“We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD.

Delivery / shipment Policy:

  • SEHAS LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


  • You can return your purchase and utilize the same amount of money (minus shipping costs) for a later purchase from our website.
  • Email us at help@leisureclub.pk and with your request and your Order ID, and we will guide you through the process.
  • Please make sure that you email us your request within 15 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 15 days.
  • Once your request has been approved, you will courier it back to us.
  • We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
    • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
    • If the wrong item was delivered
    • If promotional free shipping is being offered

    In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your original order by emailing us at help@leisureclub.pk. Please read our F.A.Q Section for more details.

In case of experiencing displeasure after receiving your ordered package, you can return it to the store by covering the required costs yourself and sharing an air bill/screenshot of your delivery receipt. After being satisfied with the presented proof, we Leasure Club will issue a one-time-use only coupon against the amount spent by the customer. Please take note that the entire cost of returning the delivered package would be the customer's responsibility and the brand will not be held accountable for any charges in this regard.

In case of not receiving your ordered package, you can request for a proof of delivery, which will be presented to you in a limited amount of time.

Disclaimer: Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Tags and labels especially need to be intact.
